    Purpose: To promote physical fitness and improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and endurance.
    Activities: Activities will be designed to both teach and challenge all participants regardless of  their knowledge of fitness activities or current fitness level. 

  • Sponsor: Leilani Turner and Colene Cannarella
    Purpose: The primary purpose of the Junior Beta Club is to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, leadership, and service among middle school students.  
    Activities: Various school and community-based volunteer services. 

  • Club Sponsor: Rose Downs
    Purpose: To promote and explore leadership in the educational field.
    Activities: Reading to elementary schools, learning about becoming a K-12 educator, and discussing educational pathways.

  • Purpose: To build a common bond among students and athletes.

    Activities: Before school meetings, guest speakers, fellowship

  • Purpose: To promote all aspects of the agriculture discipline 
    Advisor: Trevor Queen
    Activities: Various school-based projects and local and state competitions 

  • Purpose: To promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. 
    Advisor: Tehgan Bryant
    Activities: There are opportunities to compete in competitions, go on field trips, and go to monthly meetings with friends. 

  • Purpose: To promote reading in a competition setting 
    Advisor(s): Everett, Jones, Pelphrey, Standridge 
    Activities: Competes in quiz-bowl style reading competitions at the local, regional, and state levels.  

  • Sponsor: Paula Trueb
    Purpose: TSA promotes leadership and opportunities in technology, innovation, design and engineering. Members apply STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) concepts through co-curricular programs.

  • Purpose: Challenge and empower students to be leaders in the digital age 
    Activities: Find additional information on the BCSS website

  • Sponsor: Maggie Denna, Ashely Drake
    Purpose: Yearbook production.
    Activities: Taking photos, organize and create yearbook pages.

  • Purpose: Promoting school-wide awareness, spirit, pride & unity through leadership.
    Advisor: Brenda Mercado
    Activities: Service projects such as; Red Ribbon Week, Can-a-thon for food pantry, Toy Drive & Valentine Grams

  • Purpose: Teaches strategies, tactics, rules, and critical thinking skills. Encourages logical thinking, planning, and decision-making. 
    Advisor: Christy Wilson
    Activities: Helps members improve their chess skills through practice, lessons, and games.
